We were very thankful for Top Hat this week for our emergency furnace installation. Chamuel came within an hour to diagnose our furnace and was kind enough to leave us with space heaters to use until Jake and Justin were able to come back to install the new furnace. We will definitely call Top Hat again in the future.

fireplace to a gas unit. Best decision I've made EVER! Kimmer helped me select the unit that fit my needs. He was great to work with, low key, patient, and very knowledgeable. Drew and Devin installed the unit and fabricated the face frame, it's beautiful. I have two other Jotul gas stoves and on occasion have had to call for questions. Gary has answered questions and dropped by on his way home to verify things are right. Rahne has been very helpful too! I can't say enough about the staff at Top Hat, you make my day!
