Drew and Devin installed the unit and fabricated the face frame, it's beautiful. I have two other Jotul gas stoves and on occasion have had to call for questions. Gary has answered questions and dropped by on his way home to verify things are right. Rahne has been very helpful too! I can't say enough about the staff at Top Hat, you make my day!
